■What is Wagyu beef?

For the A5 rank, the alphabets A to C are yield grades that represent the amount of meat that can be obtained from one cow. A to C are not grades that represent the quality or flavor of the meat. Numbers from 1 to 5 represent fat content. It is said that the balance between lean meat and fat is important for the umami of beef. This number is a number that evaluates the balance, and it is generally said that the closer to 5, the better.
